Colonial to Sell Larger Stake to Societe Fonciere Lyonnais

Colonial has reported that it now plans to sell 84 percent, not 33 percent, of itself to Societe Fonciere Lyonnais, according to a Reuters News report. Its directors still need to approve the deal.
