Behringer Harvard Announces MF Development in Denver

Behringer Harvard has announced its investment in Alexan Prospect, a 400-unit multi-family community slated for construction in the Central Platte Valley, a 120-acre area immediately west of the Denver central business district. Trammell Crow Residential will serve as developer of the project. Current plans include the development of an estimated 367,400 square feet of rentable space.

InterAmerican Acquisition Group Inc. has announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire up to 89.6 percent of the capital stock of Sing Kung Ltd., a British Virgin Islands holding company and will also complete an exchange offer to acquire the balance at the closing of the acquisition.
