Opus Northwest Begins Construction on Park Apartments in Portland

Opus Northwest has broken ground on Park, a mixed-use, 101-unit apartment building in historic Alphabet District of Portland, Ore. Located across from Couch Park, the project will mimic the historic buildings in the area and be developed in accordance with the LEED silver requirements. The infill site sits in one of Portland’s best neighborhoods. SERA Architects are on the project and the design has received strong neighborhood and Landmarks Commission support, according to the developer.
