IT Firm Signs Lease for New HQ in Bucks County

The 600,000-square-foot Neshaminy Interplex Business Center in Trevose will soon become the new corporate headquarters of Training Camp, now that the information technology training and programs provider has committed to a lease in the Class A business park. Training Camp signed a lease with Korman Commercial Properties for space in the 115,000-square-foot Six Neshaminy, one of several buildings that comprise the 78-acre park, located just 20 minutes from Philadelphia. CB Richard Ellis Inc. orchestrated the lease on behalf of the property owner.

Tenet Healthcare Takes 165,000 SF in Downtown Dallas
Tenet Healthcare Corp., an owner of hospitals and other medical facilities nationwide, is planning to move its headquarters to Downtown Dallas. The company, which only moved to the Dallas area from Southern California in 2004, will lease about 165,000 square feet for 10 years at the 1.2 million-square-foot Fountain Place at 1445 Ross Ave.

ProLogis has leased 211,000 square feet of industrial space in Bucharest, Romania, to Centrum Logistics, a European provider of third-party logistics services and a subsidiary of Groep H. Essers, a Belgium-based transport and logistics company.

In a move to consolidate its distribution operations in the Jacksonville, Fla., area, where it operates a manufacturing plant, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group has leased West Point Trade Center, a 601,500-square-foot distribution facility, from Hillwood, which is scheduled to complete the speculative building by the end of the year.
