Financial Industry Promotes Graham to President

Dallas-based Financial Industry Computer Systems Inc. has promoted vice president of operations, Susan Graham, to president. Graham will now be responsible for the overall management of the company’s day-to-day operations, customer relations and product timelines and deployment. Graham joined the company in 1999, and was responsible for the management of the call center, customer training, consulting, and quality control for FICS’ origination and servicing solutions. Prior to joining FICS, she served as 1st vice president of Residential and Commercial Loan Servicing and Origination for San Antonio Federal Credit Union.
