Grubb & Ellis Co. announced today that David Ghermezian, an investment properties specialist with the West Los Angeles office, has been promoted to senior vice president. An 18-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Ghermezian has been with Grubb & Ellis since 1998. In 2007, he ranked among the top 10 investment professionals for the firm nationwide and among the top 20 producers in Los Angeles County in 2006 and 2007. He has been a top 10 producer in the West Los Angeles office since every year since 2003 and second in the West Los Angeles office in 2007.
