Cathy Arreguin has joined CB Richard Ellis Investors as a director on the Global Investor Services team. In her new role, she will be responsible for responding to consultants' and institutional investors' requests for proposal. With a decade of experience in real estate, Arreguin previously served as director of forward planning for The Olson Co.
